The Collective will be performing at Northrepps cottage hotel on New Years Eve for their 'Glitter Ball'.
New Years Eve Glitter Ball Menu
 £60.00 per person

 Arrive to Champagne cocktails and canapés

Starters 
Leek and cockle soup with smoked haddock
Double baked lobster 
 soufflé, crab bisque and pea puree
Tartlet of haggis, tian of neeps and tatties
Wild Boar terrine with rhubarb and ginger chutney and micro cress

Intermediate
Kir Royal and sparkling champagne sorbet

Mains
Roast sirloin of beef, baked fondant potato, shallot, thyme and port wine sauce and moneybag of wild mushroom duxelle.
Breast of Guinea fowl stuffed with fois gras and confit leg, sweet potato dauphinoise, Griottine and Kirsch cherry sauce
Aubergine and pepper filled with a roasted vegetable soufflé, lentil and cheese polenta and a Welsh rarebit sauce

Desserts
Quince panacotta, poached pear and almond butter biscuit
Chocolate and honeycomb pot with a vanilla biscuit
Bucks Fizz jelly filled with preserved berries, strawberry and passion fruit sorbet
Pear frangipane tart with clotted cream ice cream
Lemon Posset, candied fruit and lime shortbread
